Our Services

We are a full service reprographer and print shop offering a wide range of services focused on the needs of the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) community. We provide digital blueprint reproduction and plotting services to hundreds of AEC firms in Anne Arundel County and beyond. We are happy to ship your finished product anywhere you choose worldwide. We also offer free local pick up and delivery.

Black & White

Annapolis Copy and Print offers a full range of architectural and engineering drawing replication services. We offer state-of-the-art digital B&W bond copies. From hard copy, uploaded to us for prints. We are also able to store your files electronically (either from hard copy or PLT, PDF or TIF file), then you can call, e-mail or fax us with your re-print requests.

Digital bond reproduction offers a number of advantages over traditional blueprints:

  • Copy quality is always optimized. 256 grayscales insure accurate reproduction.
  • The scanner automatically corrects for damaged or difficult originals.
  • Prints in widths up to 36" by any reasonable length.
  • Scale changes
  • Files can be uploaded through our website, CD, flash drive or hard copy original.
  • Avoid the need to make vellum originals by allowing us to print directly from electronic files.

Files given to us electronically should be in a .PLT, .PDF, .DWF, or .TIF file format.

Color (affordable)

Now it is affordable to print larger quantities of color CAD drawings. Color CAD drawings offer a number of advantages over B & W that, while more expensive than B & W, can easily offset the cost:

  • Engineers can more efficiently find information on the sheets
  • Meetings are faster when remarks are made in specific colors
  • Version changes can be easily identified through the use of different colors
  • Building exterior renderings present more effectively in color
  • Landscape plans present more realistically
  • Court displays / mounted or foam board

We can come from hard copy original, or electronically as a EPS, TIFF, JPEG, BMP, or PDF.

Any document up to 36” in width can now be printed or scanned to file quickly and with great precision. This new speed allows us to even produce color large format prints while you wait. The print quality is excellent.

Need to scan a color document to file? No problem! You have a choice of scanning to PDF, TIFF or JPEG.
